How does the commission work?
Commission is 3-5% of the won project, depending on volume: 1-3 projects = 5%, 4-10 = 4%, 11+ = 3%. Commission is invoiced as VAT — fully tax-deductible.
When do I pay the commission?
Within 30 days of receiving the final payment from the client. One-click BLIK payment or monthly consolidation.
What leads do I receive?
The algorithm matches leads to your specialization, location, availability, and history. You only see projects that fit your profile.
Can I work as KRS/KRE independently?
Yes! In Mode B, a sanitary or electrical specialist leads the project independently, without a supervising KB. Lower cost for the client and direct access to leads.
What does the Professional subscription include?
Professional (PLN 199/mo): featured profile, priority matching, advanced analytics, 0.5% commission reduction. Premium (PLN 499/mo): 1% reduction, commercial tender access.
How do I build my Trust Score?
Trust Score (0-100) is a composite: registry verification (20%), construction license (15%), PIIB (15%), insurance (15%), client ratings (20%), responsiveness (15%).
